Card Types
DeWitt Petroleum offers single, dual, validated prompt, pin and cards that validate odometer readings.
Single cards - operate much like a regular ATM card with a PIN required for use. Unlike an ATM card, DeWitt Petroleum fleet cards can limit your gallons and transactions.
Dual cards - Require that your drivers use two cards. One card has driver information encoded on it and the other has your vehicle information on it. Thus, when the card is used you know which driver put fuel into a certain vehicle in your fleet.
With the DeWitt Petroleum fleet card we can prompt your drivers for any information that you would like to capture. Such as a driver id number like "1234" we can also check to make sure this driver is allowed to purchase fuel for your fleet at the time of purchase.
Security
As a DeWitt Petroleum cardholder you'll have access to the best security controls in the industry.

Detailed Fuel Reporting
With DeWitt Petroleum reports you'll gain increased administrative productivity because DeWitt Petroleum is committed to working with you to simplify your internal accounting processes. We create reports and files for the time periods that you need and then send them to you via email or fax.
DeWitt Petroleum has already created the reports that you need. Like an IFTA report that will reduce the time you need to file for your IFTA tax report. We also have reports that sort by department, vehicle and driver name eliminating the need for you to manipulate the data.
