Online Billing Instructions

1. Go to https://www.edocumentvault.com/users_reg_val.a5w or http://www.dewittpetroleum.com

Click on “Access your Invoice” then, “Click here to register for a new account”

Enter in the following information and “click submit”.

Note: Only (1) login is allowed for each account.

Fill out your First and Last name and the email address that you would like to receive invoice notifications.
Make sure you check the Terms of Use box, and then click Submit.

After clicking “submit” you'll receive an email that looks like the following:

Click on this link below to verify your account.

The link above will take you to the login screen – enter your username: youremailaddress@company.com

and the password that you created earlier.

You will now be able to view your invoices online in a PDF format. You will receive an email weekly
that your invoice is ready to view online.

If you would like to write an outlook rule to flag these emails as they
arrive. The from address is "noreply@edocumentvault.com" and the subject is:
Your DeWitt Petroleum Online Invoice is Ready
